| History House/Conference Room This red brick, heated and air-conditioned building can accomodate up to 30 people, dependent on the setup you desire. Restrooms are conveniently located on either side of the History House and a lighted, covered porch with ceiling fans provide a refreshing area for breaks or small break-out sessions. |

Lake Pavilion Secluded on the banks of Lake Althea, the Lake Pavilion can accomodate up to 45 people for a meeting environment under the pavilion, and up to 200 people for a social setting by adding outdoor seating. There is a large counter with sink, a small refrigerator, lights, ceiling fans and several electrical outlets. The gentle sounds of four waterfalls and the spray of a floating fountain add to the tranquility of this location. |

| Tented Facility Situated amidst one of our rose gardens, this 6,000 square foot permanent tent is completely carpeted, has variable lighting, a bar and windowed sidewalls. A dance floor is available for rental and bands, DJ's and alcoholic beverages are permitted. |
