Visitors are welcome to take casual photographs in the Park, with handheld cameras, during public hours of operation. However, remember that all our visitors are welcome in all public areas and that regular business at the Park continues during normal operating hours. Also, any party who has booked a private event in a particular location at the Park has exclusive rights to that specific area. Clark Gardens Botanical Park reserves the right to refuse admittance for photography and/or change its Photo Policy without prior notice.

Professional and Formal Photography require payment of a $100.00 fee for a two-hour photo session. That is those who wish to use the Park's settings as the background for formal or posed photography for commercial purposes or for any events not held at the Park. The publication of any photos require that Clark Gardens Botanical Park is credited as the location. Contact the Administration Offices at 940-682-4856 for arrangements and permit.

For weddings conducted at the Park, Clark Gardens gives the bride-to-be, two-hours complimentary usage, anywhere in the Park, for her formal photos prior to her wedding day.
